My sleep schedule needed some big changes

Since the beginning of my internship, I have been going to bed at around 9 PM, and waking up at around 2 AM. I have maintained this routine for a few months so far, but today I decided to change that schedule. I will wake up at around 6:30 AM just like everyone else does. The reason isn’t peer pressure, which barely ever effects me, but rather because I can wake up on time when the time for my trip to work is due, unlike the past few months when I sometimes slept through several alarms and woke up far later than I intended to.

Because of this, I am currently suffering from a minor jet lag despite being in the same country. I hope my body gets used to this by next Monday.
